the wonderland — where brand means business

Finding the difference
that matters.

Sometimes what makes a business remarkable is already there, waiting to be discovered. A fresh perspective, thoughtful exploration and the right questions can uncover what sits at its heart, shaping it into one cohesive idea - a story worth telling, that people believe in and customers connect with. Creating the emotional connection that builds loyalty, attracts new audiences and delivers lasting commercial value.

    Swarovski

How do you create something new while staying true to more than a century of history? That was the challenge for Daniel's, a restaurant at Swarovski's headquarters in Wattens, Austria. Named after founder Daniel Swarovski and sitting at the heart of a destination attracting millions of visitors, the opportunity was to turn its remarkable heritage into a compelling reason to step inside.

Working closely with the leadership team, we went back to the beginning, exploring Daniel's story, the origins of crystal making and the innovation that transformed Swarovski into a global luxury brand. Bringing that heritage together with the modern spirit of the business, we defined a cohesive brand strategy and narrative that shaped the customer journey and colleague experience. The result brought more than a century of history to life throughout the restaurant, creating something customers could discover, feel and remember.

    Stafford House

The schools had grown, but the brand hadn’t grown with them. With an international network and a strong physical presence, Stafford House had built a successful education business, yet its brand lacked the clarity and personality to reflect what made the experience special or attract the new audiences needed for its next stage of growth.

We reframed the brand around what education could make possible, giving Stafford House a fresher, more individual voice in a traditional market. Learning went beyond the classroom, helping students experience new places, meet new people and find more of who they wanted to become. That thinking brought new energy and personality to the brand, helping the schools stand apart while creating greater relevance for a new generation of international students.

    Patisserie Valerie

Patisserie Valerie was ready for a new chapter. Following one of the most turbulent periods in its history and under new ownership, the challenge went far beyond a refresh. With more than 100 sites across the UK, it was an opportunity to leave old perceptions behind, rediscover what had made the brand special and give customers and colleagues something to believe in again.

We went back to its foundations, uncovering the quality, craft and sense of occasion that had always been at its heart and made this brand special. It was a venue of beauty and creativity, and we needed to celebrate that. We redefined the proposition, values and brand strategy so it created one clear idea that the entire business could get behind. The result was a more confident, distinctive and cohesive Patisserie Valerie — a brand as attractive as the products it was famous for, ready to return to the market with renewed relevance, energy and impact.

    Accor

For the launch of a London hotel featuring a skyline restaurant, bar and rooftop terrace, Accor wanted a concept with its own identity and an experience people would remember. Inspired by its docklands setting, we found our idea in the beacon of light — a symbol of exploration and discovery that shaped the brand story and, high above the city, the destination itself.

With brand at the heart, we defined the strategy and experience from the ground up. For a global hospitality group like Accor, commercial value was paramount. The positioning balanced premium with accessible, attracting the surrounding business community across different dayparts while drawing hotel guests, tourists and visitors from further afield. The result gave both restaurant and bars broad commercial appeal without compromising the experience — a distinctive destination designed to be discovered, enjoyed and returned to.

    Craft Union

More than 500 pubs, each rooted in its own community, but all needing something to bring them together. Craft Union had ambitious plans for growth, built around a simple belief in the power of great local pubs to create friendship, belonging and a place where everyone feels welcome. As the estate grew, the opportunity was to create greater clarity around what united them without losing the individuality that made each pub local.

Strategic brand thinking gave the business that common thread. Craft became more than the name: it was the care put into the pubs, the experience created for customers and the people who made it happen. We shaped that thinking into a clear brand strategy that gave teams across the business something shared to believe in and build from — bringing greater cohesion to a rapidly growing estate while keeping community firmly at its heart.

    U-See Homes

When the world suddenly stopped, the property market needed a new way to keep moving. Born during the global pandemic, U-See Homes was a pioneering platform enabling estate agents to conduct live virtual property viewings, navigate multiple homes and share information with prospective buyers in a single experience. The technology was groundbreaking, but the brand needed to make that innovation feel simple, accessible and relevant.

With two very different audiences to engage, we built a strategy that balanced the needs of estate agents with the expectations of everyday home hunters. Complex technology was translated into a clear proposition, distinctive personality and simple messaging that made the benefits immediately understandable. The result was a modern, human brand as innovative as the product behind it, giving a UK property first the clarity and confidence to enter the market.

    Savoursmiths

From potato to Prosecco. After decades of farming, the family behind Savoursmiths saw an opportunity to do something unexpected with the crop they knew so well. The premium snack market lacked the quality, imagination and adventurous flavours they were looking for, so they decided to create them themselves.

That maverick spirit became central to the brand strategy. We brought together the authenticity of their farming roots with the founders’ quintessentially British sense of style, humour and luxury, creating a brand with the confidence to challenge what a crisp could be. The result gave an exceptional product an equally characterful brand — one that continues to thrive today, growing from its British roots into markets around the world.

    The Coffee Collaborative

Great coffee shouldn’t feel like a private club. After years immersed in the coffee and culinary world, the team behind The Coffee Collaborative set out to create something of their own. Their knowledge took them in search of exceptional beans, carefully selected and brought together to create beautiful coffee — but with a simple ambition: to make the quality they loved accessible to everyone.

We shaped the brand around that balance of expertise and approachability. The care behind every cup gave it credibility, while a generous, unpretentious personality made it inviting to people wherever they were on their coffee journey. The result was a premium brand without the exclusivity — celebrating great taste, the people behind it and a shared love of really good coffee.
